Bookshops: Paris, being a city of writers and poets from the whole world, is an eldorado for any book lover. Many bookshops are located in the university neighbourhoods, such as the Quartier Latin and Saint-Germain. Close to the Pompidou Centre, Paris’s gigantic cultural temple, you will also find quite a few bookshops selling books, posters and fine art prints.

The art bookshops around the Louvre present the perfect counterpart to the modern art bookshops of the Pompidou Centre district.
